Terms and Conditions – Cashback
1. This offer entitles the end user to receive cashback to their Bank Account or UPI. The customer shall be responsible for selecting and providing the preferred cashback transfer method.
2. Any consumer purchasing Sebamed products with the voucher shall be eligible to receive a cashback voucher. The denomination of the cashback will be mentioned on the voucher/scratch card.
3. By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
4. These Terms & Conditions apply to every person (“Participant”) redeeming the offer administered by Green Chilli Ventures (India) Pvt Ltd. No claims shall be entertained after the validity of the promotion period.
5. The customer is responsible for entering accurate details such as UPI ID, bank account number, IFSC code, mobile number, and email address. Green Chilli Ventures (India) Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for incorrect entries. No changes will be entertained after submission.
6. The cashback processing partner reserves the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent or suspicious. In such cases, the offer may be modified, withdrawn, suspended, or terminated for such users without prior notice.
7. Green Chilli Ventures (India) Pvt Ltd and the Promoter shall not be liable for any issues relating to cashback redemption, including delays or failures by the cashback processing partner.
8. The maximum liability of Green Chilli Ventures (India) Pvt. Ltd. and the Promoter under this promotion shall not exceed the applicable cashback amount awarded to the participant.
9. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
10. The cashback processing partner may request identity verification documents in cases of suspicious activity or invalid credentials.
11. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
General Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion entitles eligible participants to cashback up to ₹350, with ₹50 assured on every valid entry, subject to successful registration and verification.
2. Participants from Tamil Nadu will receive an assured cashback of ₹50 upon successfully answering a skill-based question.
3. The final cashback amount won will be communicated after successful registration on the promotional website.
4. The offer is not valid for employees of the Promoter, Green Chilli Ventures (India) Pvt Ltd, their agencies, distributors, or immediate family members.
5. The “How to Register/Redeem” instructions form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
6. The promotion is applicable only on selected Sebamed products.
7. Any costs incurred for participating in the promotion, including internet access, SMS, or data charges, shall be borne by the participant.
8. Only one voucher code per registration will be accepted.
9. A maximum of two (2) vouchers per person, per mobile number, per email ID, per bank account/UPI ID per month, subject to a maximum of four (4) vouchers during the promotion period, will be permitted.
10. Green Chilli Ventures (India) Pvt Ltd is acting solely as the executing agency for this promotion and shall not have any legal or financial liability for unclaimed cashback beyond the promotion validity period.
11. This promotion is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and promotional availability.
12. USV Pvt Ltd reserves the right to extend, withdraw, modify, suspend, or discontinue the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
13. Green Chilli Ventures (India) Pvt Ltd or the Promoter shall not be liable for any technical failures, network issues, server downtime, mobile handset issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Any attempt to manipulate, tamper with, or misuse the promotional website or process may result in disqualification and legal action.
15. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly stated.
16. Lost, stolen, damaged, or deleted vouchers/codes will not be replaced.
17. All decisions of the Promoter regarding eligibility, verification, and cashback disbursal shall be final and binding.
